Listen up all of you who love tattooing your bodies and love modifying your bodies with plastic surgery. God hates this. This is why it is written, “you shall not put any tattoos on yourselves”. Leviticus 19:28. The Hebrew word translated as “tattoo” is “qaaqa”, which means a deep mark that is incised to make it permanent. God does not want us to make permanent changes to our bodies, because our bodies were made perfect in the representation of God. Our bodies are set-apart. Our bodies are sacred temples. Therefore incising permanent tattoos into the body is forbidden, and permanently modifying the body with plastic surgery is also forbidden. Washable tattoos and washable cosmetics are fine. But to make a permanent change to your body is a sin against your own body, which is why many tattoos result in infections and death, as well as plastic surgeries, because these acts go against the nature of the body. And many plastic surgeries also result in ugly and botched outcomes, making people that were once beautiful before into ridiculous looking monsters. All plastic surgeries look unnatural and are ugly and are not as beautiful as natural looks, because what is natural and made by God will always be better and more beautiful than what doctors try to cut and reshape to try to make a body part mimic something it is not. Stop trying to be something you are not. Stop trying to pretend your body is not aging, and rather, age with dignity. Stop coloring your hair and learn to love gray hair. Stop trying to conform to a physical ideal that society has established as “beautiful”. In ancient times in certain societies women wore braces to make their necks long, and also bound their feet to make them tiny, to try to conform to physical ideals of beauty in their times, but they did these things to their own detriment because they lost their health. So in likewise manner it is today, with people undergoing plastic surgeries to make their bodies conform to physical ideals of beauty in our society today, resulting in harm to their own bodies. Men straighten the bridges of their noses because hooked noses are perceived to be ugly. Yet hooked noses are beautiful. Women get breast implants, because small breasts are perceived to be ugly. Their modified breasts end up looking like unnatural large balls. Women get butt implants, because little butts are perceived to be ugly. Their modified butts end up looking strange and deformed. And people inject their faces with the poison of botulism to try to appear younger without wrinkles, not realizing that this poison destroys the nerves of their faces, so that by not having facial movements and expressions the face may not show its wrinkles and lines. This is lunacy, forsaking the beauty of being able to express emotions in the face just to not show wrinkles to appear to be younger. And the list goes on of all the types of plastic surgeries people today do. And plastic surgeons charge large amounts of money for these procedures, and celebrities and the rich who can afford them do them, so making it seem to everyone else in the world that these procedures are something everyone should also strive for. And now today men are trying to become women, and women are trying to become men, surgically. And afterwards, many transgender people regret their choice to change their bodies, because what they have done will never be as good as what is natural. Stop doing all this. Stop harming yourself. Stop teaching others and children that it is okay to change your body. Stop making an ideal of physical beauty and rather see beauty in everything natural God has made. Stop trying to make your body physically look like other people, and learn to love the unique way God has made you. Do not let people make you feel sad for the way you look, but rather live happy with the way you look and thank God for your body and all its parts he created perfectly to make you as unique as you are in his creation.
